Corvette C5 and C6 torque tube coupler and bearing kits. These kits consist of all three bearings the slinger and two rubber couplers of correct size. The bearings are new high speed bearings that exceed OEM specifications. When doing the research for these kits we did find cheaper bearings but they were not to the quality standards that we wanted.

Our new Extreme duty converter drive plates are made of H-60 (60,000psi) grade steel versus the factory plate which is only comercial grade (35,000psi) steel. These plates will not deflect like the factory drive plates. Our drive plates have a zinc wash finish to inhibit rust and look great. They come with all new correct length 10.9 grade bolts for the converter and the torque tube. C6 drive plate uses stock bolts. They are more than twice the strength of the factory plate and we kept the weight down(less than 400 grams heavier than the factory plate) without sacrificing any strength.

SFI approved bellhousings for C5/C6 Corvette and F-body

We worked with Quicktime to produce these SFI approved bellhousings. They are certified to SFI 30.1 and SFI 6.1. The certification is required for an automatic at 9.99 OR 135mph and faster in the quarter mile and is required for the manual cars at 11.49 OR 115 mph and faster in the quarter mile. These are a good idea for any car with sigificant power. Inside this bellhousing are many things that can come loose, and at higher rpm can become very dangerous. We have seen both automatic and manual cars have a catastrophic failure that caused debris to go through the factory bellhousing. We now have the ability to add an SFI approved window to the manual bellhousings for an additional $199.

RPM prepped Quaife differentials.
Unlike the conventional plate-style limited slip differential, the Quaife ATB differential relies on gears rather than clutch plates for its operation. That means it is much smoother in operation. The Quaife ATB differential never locks harshly with a set pre-load of wheel slip across the driven axle, like a conventional LSD. Rather, the Quaife ATB differential automatically biases the torque away from the spinning wheel across the axle, to a constantly varying degree, and never locks. The Quaife ATB differential has many benefits over a standard open differential, including maximizing traction and minimizing wheel spin, and a maintenance-free design which retains the standard oil lubrication. The Quaife ATB differential is proven in circuit and drag racing, rallying and road use, and is produced from Corus steel billets, and is CAD designed and CNC machined, then inspected to ISO 9001 standards. We at RPM go one step further by polishing and inspecting the internals.
The Quaife ATB differential is also now subject to a lifetime warranty (subject to terms and conditions).
The Driveshaft Shop C5/C6 Corvette 1000Hp Axle/Hub System

Axle/Hub System for the C5 and C6 Corvettes from DSS. The factory axles are strong enough for most people but if your taking the time to read this you are one of the few who have managed to bring you car into a level not known to most. Our System starts out with a larger outer C.V. that is 33 splines (up from the factory 30 spline) we have manufactured a special hub that not only includes the ABS sensors but is a simple bolt on part. We then increased the internal spline size (bar inside the boot) to 36 spline (up from the factory 28 spline) not only did we make the bars out of Chromoly but used our special torsional design, made to twist with out breakage. So if your in the market for a set of axle that will handle the rest of the upgrades you have done,look no further.

These flexplates fit all C5 and C6 Corvette flexplates from 1997 to the present. They are much stronger than the factory flexplates. We have seen a few break to throw shrapnel through the car. These are made from H70 steel and double welded/tig welded. They are certified to 29.1 @ 12,500 rpm. They are also zinc plated to avoid rusting. New bolts are included with every flexplate. Let us know if you are doing a conversion and we can provide you with the splined flange for $75.

B&M 70297 transmission cooler

This is our cooler of choice, when space permits it's use. This cooler has solved all cooling problems. We have had best luck wiring the fan direct to the key and not using the built-in thermostat.

Corvette C5 and C6 polyurethane coupler kits. These are upgraded driveshaft couplings made from Polyurethane for 10 mm or 12mm bolts. These are a direct replacement for the factory rubber couplers. The rubber couplers are prone to flexing and cracking with age, and under high horsepower applications.
